LISU VEGA was born in Miami, Florida USA in 1980. High School of Visual Arts, Venezuela 1996. Experimental Graphic Art in the Art School Neptalí Rincon, Venezuela 2002.
She has participated in international workshops of Pedagogy in Visual Arts, Literature and Corporal Expression through 1998 to 2002 with the master Victor Fuenmayor (President of the Foundation Institute of Expression and Creativity, FIDEC)

Her beginning in fashion design were at an early age, but was in 2002 when she decided to develop her own line of clothing and making her first fashion show LIV 2005 Fine Arts Center in Maracaibo-Venezuela. She has participated as an artist in the following exhibitions: Latin American art exhibition in Brussels – Belgium and Bucharest-Romania. I Exxon Mobile Salon of Contemporary Art in the National Art Gallery, Caracas-Venezuela among many others group exhibitions in Venezuela and USA.
In 2011, Vega participated at ‘Eco Art Fashion Week Art Basel’. Albion Hotel. Miami Beach.
In March, 2012 Vega launched her African-Indian Collection at the “Miami Beach International Fashion Week 2012 where she was named by the media as one of the top 3 emerging designers of Miami Beach International Fashion Week.

Recently, she launched her latest collection NINA in Kansas City, New York and Los Angeles, gaining a great of deal of attention by the fashion industry. Vega has also been honored for her talent, achieving second place in ‘Eco Art Accessories Fashion Week 2011’ and first place in the traveling fashion show: ‘Sugar Art Fashion Editorial’ in ‘Tinsel Tokyo Magazine’ in Los Angeles.
Lisu Vega has been invited to make personal appearances by “Despierta America”(Univision), Un Nuevo Dia( Telemundo) and CNN en Español (Noti-Mujer). Her designs have been cataloged as pieces of art by magazine covers and editorials such as: ‘VenueMagazine.com,’ ‘De Latinos Magazine,’ ‘Point to Fashion,’ ‘Pretty-Polish-Perfect,’ Examiner.com and ‘The Fantasy Fierce,’ among others.

Her last appearance was at the event Save Imagination in LMNT Gallery with the collection “The Contemplation” during Art Basel Week 2012.
Lisu Vega also designs her own fabrics based on recycling of images and other elements.
